Street Light Idea Core is the brain child of James Higgins, a converted easterner. Born in Picton, Ontario on 5 March, 1982, James migrated to Calgary shortly after his brother was born. From this point, his imagination and niche for mischief have earned him well deserved accolades and scoldings.

Moving ahead to the year 2005, James has honed the more constructive tools in his mental tool chest to see how they can fare with others in a more professional environment. One thing must be certain, with Mr. Higgins, and Street Light Idea Core, there will be no work without some sense of play somewhere.

James Higgins is also a writer by nature, and a socialite by habit. One cannot peruse his written work without noticing immediately who wrote it. So, with that in mind, Street Light Idea Core has the ability to branch out into the construction of writings from scripts and screenplays, to menu descriptions and warning labels.

From concept to conclusion, every detail must be scrutinized. This is the way of the street light. When it comes down to establishing the image and reputation you need, look no further than straight up. The light is everywhere.
